Strategy advisory for leaders building Global Capability Centers

Navigating the complexities of global expansion requires more than just a map; it requires a strategic partner who understands the DNA of high-performing GCCs.

Most GCC failures are parent-side failures. The offshore center runs fine — what breaks is the decision-making architecture back at headquarters. I built my advisory practice around that thesis because I've seen it from both sides: leading global delivery programs inside multinationals, and advising from the outside on what to do differently.

My career spans delivery leadership at EY (where I served as Managing Director for AI Systems & Platforms), Honeywell, NTT Data, Dell Services, and TCS — building and scaling capability centers across India, the Americas, and Europe. That operational scar tissue is what I bring to advisory engagements: not a framework deck, but the judgment to tell you which frameworks survive contact with your actual organization.

Kolar Advisory is buyer's-side and vendor-neutral. I don't take referral fees from providers and I don't build BOTs to flip. When I tell you a deal is structured wrong, there's no commercial reason for me to say otherwise.

I also work with senior technology executives on AI governance, strategic communications, and thought leadership — helping them articulate complex transformation stories to boards, investors, and their own teams.
